By creating an account or using mySHOP ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
mySHOP is an AI-powered analytics and coaching platform designed to help Etsy sellers understand their shop performance, optimize listings, and grow their business. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze data you provide and generate insights and suggestions.
All suggestions, analyses, scores, and recommendations generated by mySHOP are produced by artificial intelligence based on the data you provide. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional business, financial, legal, or marketing advice. You should always apply your own judgment before acting on any AI suggestion. mySHOP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Etsy, Inc.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or sync to mySHOP, including Etsy order data, product listings, and expenses. By using the Service, you grant mySHOP a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
mySHOP offers paid subscription plans and one-time credit purchases. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Subscription credits reset monthly and do not accumulate or carry over. Purchased credits never expire. Credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features. No refunds are issued for unused credits.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse-engineer the AI models, scrape or extract data in bulk, use the Service for unlawful purposes, or impersonate other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mySHOP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
